Applied to cement concrete, generally in 0.6~0.9 kg/m 3
High requirements of shock strength such as Bridge speading uses in 1.5~1.8 kg/m 3
6mm for mortar, 10-20mm for concrete The effect of fibre in concrete realized by physical effect, mixed with assistant, addition, cement with no chemical effect. And there is no special requirement for mix equipment and techniques. The detail requirements as below:
Accord to the addition, add the ready mortar, stone, cement, agitate for 30 seconds, then add water and mix for 1 minutes. The construction and maintain are same whether add fibre or not.
Attention: after add fiber, reinforce the cohesiveness, and stop adding water addition.
